I try hard to get your orders out within a week, but please remember it's mostly just me (Tim) doing everything - designing, developing, making, marketing and packing and posting. Occasionally I'm joined by other helpful people, and we seem to be getting busier so things may change, but for now I'm going as fast as I can!
